Any advice on diet

OK so dont mind posting other threads but have found myslef kinda hesitant to post up my diet...lol...dont know why. Not seeing the results I am hoping to but I have only been on it for 2 weeks so I know I am being impatient.

0700 Wake up shake NTBM 2 scoops 44g P/2gC/2gF

0930 2eggs whites 1 whole egg, 1 can tuna, 1 slice whole wheat bread 39gP/14gC/1gF

1230 Same as 0930

1530 Some type of lean fish/chicken/beef, Turnips greens SLice of wheat bread 40gP/30gC/10gF???

1730 NTBM shake 2scoops 44gP/2gC/2gF

1800 workout followed by 30 min of cardio (60-75% of max heartrate)

2000 Repeat of leftovers from meal # 4

2200 SOme type of protien to process during sleep 30gP

270g ish of Pro/ 100g ish Carbs/ 25g ish Fat

THis is pretty much everyday, the only thing that changes is the real food meals. I normally keep it pretty clean. Any suggestions? I hate to say it but i might have to get up an hour early to do some AM cardio. I am 5'7" 180 at approx 12%BF hope to cut down to about 6.
 
So you think I would see more results if I ate more? I understand the whole concept of having to consume fat to burn it.
 
If you need healthy fats why not peanut peanut butter? I know its a healthy fat,,,but is reduced fat peanut butter good for you? Or do body builders only refer to the natural kind?

add 40mins fasted cardio here 5 days per wk

drop the bread and add oats or add ezekiel bread

1230 Same as 0930 add spinach here

1530 Some type of lean fish/chicken/beef, Turnips greens SLice of wheat bread 40gP/30gC/10gF??? always fish here

1730 NTBM shake 2scoops 44gP/2gC/2gF add 1/4 cup oats here

1800 workout followed by 30 min of cardio (60-75% of max heartrate)

2000 Repeat of leftovers from meal # 4 replace this with a shake with mixed berries in it

2200 SOme type of protien to process during sleep 30gP whole eggs, broccoli, oats and some protein shake

270g ish of Pro/ 100g ish Carbs/ 25g ish Fat

aside from the above get on an eca stack. and you may want to up the carbs a little.
 
Joe D thanks for taking the time to help me tweak it. I will implament the changes tomorrow...well except the ezekial? bread...not sure what or where i will get that. Also is there a big difference from spinach to turnip greens? Man i love me some greens....lol

No it is not only peanut butter that is good for you list peanuts as the only thing in it.

i do that to. i dont dip the bread though i just put it on the griddle and pout the egg whotes in until it wont hold anymore. amazung stuff.
