anti-e's for women?

Nathan

New member
Here's my question, what's the deal with anti-e's for women? Will it help take care of estrogenic-related fat deposits as it does for men? Well, I suppose Nolvadex may actually be better since it occupies the estrogen rather than preventing conversion to it. Well? Any help appreciated of course.

I'm not an expert on the subject, but there have been som great threads recently re this topic. I'll hunt them down and bump them for you.

Thanks very much. I appreciate it.

Nolvadex is mainly estrogenic in women, rather then anti-estrogenic. This is because there are two types of estrogen receptors. At one type of receptor, Nolvadex blocks the activity of estrogen and is considered anti-estrogenic. The breasts are very rich in these receptors. At the other type of receptor, Nolvadex actually acts as an estrogen becasue it binds AND activates these receptors. These receptors are found all over, including the ovaries, which is why Nolvadex also increase fertility. Overall (from a female fat loss point of view) Nolvadex is more estrogenic than anti-estrogenic.
