ANPB while cutting?

I'm carb depleting for the next two weeks while I'm cutting. Do you recommend taking the ANPB out for the next couple weeks or keeping it in?

If you're carb-depleting, there is usually a reason and most PB has sodium; thus, it might not be the best idea. However, not knowing your goals it's hard for me to judge.

If the PB lists just "peanuts" as ingredients will there be sodium? Or are you talking about added sodium as is the case witha lot of PB?

The ingredients in 95% of PB and ANPB are peanuts and SALT. (unless specified as salt free).\

I'm really pushing for the next couple weeks to get my BF down from 9% to 7%. Thats my goal.

Unless it's a photo session or a contest, I don't see removing ANPB as an issue - just switch to "salt-free ANPB" and you wont have to worry about the sodium.

So in answering my question, you are saying that if the ingredients read: "peanuts." Then sodium is not an issue...right?

I assume "salt free" means they didn't ADD salt. I assume it does NOT mean they SUBTRACTED salt.

The ANPB I eat is actually ground in a machine right there and nothing is added. It's just unsalted peanuts.

Wow, that's pretty nifty.

Could you do this with peanuts and a food processor?

unless you have a problem with limiting cal's... i wouldn't cut it, just remember it is very calorie dense... as are most nuts.
