anpb diet isnt for me

I gave this a go,and in the past lower carb diets kill me with headaches that make it hard to sit in a lit room let alone have any noise, and this did it aswell,I didnt have cravings like ckd gave me because I didnt think about food,but the headaches were unbearable. water intake was 2gal

so my action plan is keep training the same 4 days cardio 30-45mins walking at a brisk pace on the treadmill and regular workout

as for diet clean meat like tuna,chicken,also including protein shakes, but as for carbs only in the morning as a pick me up and prior to and right after a workout,the rest of my meals will be clean meats and veggies

what do you guys think?
 
You're looking to lose weight?? Or maintain??

I eat carbs in the morning too - and in my post-workout shake. I look really flat when I cut the carbs...
 
lose a bit of fat,Im sitting a bit above 15% and want to drop some weight before my next cycle,I had a feeling this diet would give me those sides but kept a open mind,it was just to much,I could hardly focus all day,kept drifting off and shit, hopefully the carb timing will help me lean up some
 
stryc9-how many carbs do you take in in the morning? i am trying to cut, but feel like i have that "flat" look without any carbs
 
I dunno dude ckd has the opposite effect on me. Once I am in ketosis I feel calmer and I have no food cravings whatsoever.

Eating maintenance calories at 40/40/20 with alternating weight training and morning empty stomach cardio also worked good for me when cutting if the no carb/low carb thing doesn't do it for ya.
 
I dont have the option of empty stomach morning cardio,I fit my training in between classes and eat whenever I can,about every 3 hrs, I guess my body is just really odd, I havent been doing much carbs a day but just enough to cut the headaches out prob 30% with low fat and high protein

my meals right now since I have such long days are
1 ,1 pack of plain oatmeal and protein shake
2 can of tuna and pack of dry oatmeal(try to workout after this meal)
pw 3 protein shake and a nutri grain bar usually
4shake
5 whatever family cooks usually lean meat,chicken,with rice or potatoes
6 I will either have a sandwhich on one slice of brown bread,or a can of tuna whatever I feel like
 
having no carbs also made me look extremely flat, and gave me headaches as well (i tried both anpb and ckd) so i settled on high protein (over 300 grams, about 150 grams of carbs, 40 grams fat wth cardio 3x a week
