With the good amount of peanut pieces in "chunky" peanut butter, and the good amount of nuts in general that don't get digested fully (you all know what I mean), is it better for diet to eat only creamy?
Is the undigestable portion of crunchy negligible for considering overall protein consumption?
Also, salt/unsalted? I know ideally you'd want to eat unsalted to prevent the salt intake/bloating with consuming sodium, but have you ever tasted unsalted? Blech. Does 310mg of sodium (per 2 tbs.) effect us enough that we really should not eat salted for bulking and/or dieting?
