This is for my ISSA cert, Im stumped...

1. choose the metabolite found in all human tissue, especially in muscle and whose function is involved in the regeneration of atp..

a. Inonsine
b. vit A
c. Gelatin
d. Betaine

thanks bros...

my 1st inclination was to say A... Ionsine because... it sounds similar to adenosine (triphosphate..aka ATP)...

Google.com said:
"Inosine is an important chemical found throughout the body. It plays many roles, one of which is helping to make ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the body's main form of usable energy. Based primarily on this fact, inosine supplements have been proposed as an energy-booster for athletes, as well as a treatment for various heart conditions."

So mail me a copy of that ISSA cert... but put "SgtSlaughter" on it for me :)

I really hope you know your stuff bro... I feel kinda wrong helping you pass something if you don't know it, or can't find it on the internet

Yep Inosine it is. ;)

Wow is ISSA a take home test that you mail in the results? Not too familiar with how those tests go. I know a few of them you have to take on location in a classroom.

Alex yes there take home tests bro, just mail it in and wait for the results. Good idea sgt, you helped with 3 questions so ill just put your name on the cert, the other 130 I did was just a waste of my time then I guess...My pic is up here somewhere, that should tell you if I know my stuff or not...How did I know I would get some kinda shit for asking for help....But yet you pick an answer because it sounds similar to ATP? LOL....I am ISSA, ACE and NASM certified, I think may know a little bit. This is my last nutrition one, dont post and then complain after you try and help.
