(Another) Question on BULKING

I'm currently on a clean bulk, and my Tanita scale tells me that since Friday the 4th of February, I have gained 0.85kg of LBM and 0.25kg of BF, equating to a LBM/fat gain ratio of 77% for the weekly period [(LBM gain + BF gain)/total weight gain].

Now, my question is: what ratio of LBM/fat gain should I be aiming for during a clean bulk? Is my case of 77% a good ratio? Or is it too low and should I be looking to lower my calories slightly to try and increase the ratio? Also, is a gain of roughly 0.85kg of LBM per week a good goal to be aiming for?

Wow,

77% ~ 80% LBM vs Fat seems to me like a cool ratio to aim for.

Think about it. If you gain 10 lbs of LBM, you will gain 2 pounds of Fat.

If you then reverse those ratios when cutting, you are done.

I have never bulked, but common sense says those ratios sound good. I think that aiming at 90% LBM would be unrealistic.

Cheers and keep it up!!!

2:1 is ideal and your way over that so that is ridiculously good!
