I read threw the posts and a couple glaring things stood out.
First, history is against the Ravens repeating. Witness Jamal Anderson for the Falcons or Denvers Terral Davis. No superbowl team has ever repeated the next year after loosing their starting running back.
Second, Elvis Grbac and the Chiefs played the Ravens two years ago-and beat their asses silly.
Third, the Chiefs had a record going for holding their openants with-out a touchdown. But the weird thing happened that was with Rich Gannon at quarter back to fill in for an "injured" Grbac. And they also held the nfls best record that year till they lost to Denver in the play-offs. That was the very same game Grbac replaced Gannon.
Lets hear it for my man Gannon.
