Well, after doing Max Effort good mornings, deep deadlifts, glute ham raises, and reverse hypers...I rested about 30 minutes and hit the events.
I did 4 sets of farmers walk, a bunch of reps with my atlas stone, and a couple of sets of sprints with my truck hooked behind me. Talk about a workout.
