And people always talk about how they're gaining slow or not at all and they do the same 4-5 day week split, overtrain and never get stronger.
Getting stronger=gaining muscle.
If more people realized that they would not be a small guy if they gained fucking 500-600 + lbs from their starting point in their deadlift, the world would have a lot more muscular people.
