Seriously...for all of those who wonder if WSB works...I have added nearly 100 pounds to my raw 1RM deadlift in the past year. I remember pullin 629 less than a year ago...

geez you strength never seems to level off

do you feel you are gaining as much muscle as your are strength?

is you bodyweight going up?

I know that I am a better athlete now than I was 1 year ago and that I am leaner too. I'm not sure what my bodyweight is now...but 3 weeks ago I weighed 289. I have gained nearly 10 pounds (on the scale) while losing bodyfat over the past year. It hasn't all been done at once though...

And people always talk about how they're gaining slow or not at all and they do the same 4-5 day week split, overtrain and never get stronger.

Getting stronger=gaining muscle.

If more people realized that they would not be a small guy if they gained fucking 500-600 + lbs from their starting point in their deadlift, the world would have a lot more muscular people.

Awesome job.

And, how many people think b fold is a small guy?
