Here's my quick arms and shoulders home workout. I'll be starting with 120 seconds of bodyweight warmup. I'll also get in some cardio with stair running, outdoor sprints, and jump rope preferred. Oh, and I'll be using just dumbbells for this workout. Enjoy!
#1. DB Arnold Press - 12 reps
#2. DB Alternating Front Raise - 12 reps
#3. DB Alternating Hammer Curl - 12 reps
#4. DB Lateral Raise - 12 reps
#5. DB Overhead Tricep Ext. - 12 reps
#6. DB Upright Row - 12 reps
#7. DB Underhand Wide Front Raise - 12 reps
#8. DB Bicep Curl - 12 reps
#9. DB Tricep Ext. - 15 reps (alternate sides)
#10. DB Face Pulls - 15 reps
My workout routine will be repeated 4 times BTW.
