you are learning the grim reality of why these types of diets don't work on the average joe.. this is a carb cycling diet which is fine, but you are supposed to eat 6X a day to 'increase metabolism' or some bullshit bro science crap.
you can't EAT MORE FOOD, MORE OFTEN and expect to lose weight. you need to do the exact opposite. these diets designed for IFBB pro's DO NOT WORK PERIOD, unless you have pro genetics + you are on tons of drugs. that is why everyone you see at the gym is just fat and strong permabulkers.
any idiot can eat more and gain fat and lift heavier weights.. doesn't take any effort
