Anavar

Ok ladies, my girl wants to start taking Anavar. i have no idea what her cycle should look like. can you help me? she is 25, 5'4, about 120, she just wants to tone up more. thanks!!!!

first of all, pls read the stickies up top and do a search on anavar in the women's forum to get TONS of info first....

A typical starting dose is 5 mg ed maybe going to 10 mg if all goes well...

But please read up on it first, here is lots of info on anavar (oxandrolone) on this board...

And be careful with the word tone lol...especially on this board....im having a "nice" day so i wont harass you too bad....
