i also can afford to buy clen since its like 18 dollars for a cycle like this one week on one off

Tren is way stronger than both winny and var at the suggested dosages. U'll get better results with tren but run a greater risk of unpleasant sides too.

Bro dont even bother doing steroids if all you can afford is 1 bottle of something. You are in way over your head man. Save up for another year or two and come back when you got your money right. On avg to do a cycle the right way with pct,support sups,ai's,pins,and everything else you need (not even talking about food)

Anywhere from 500 min to 1000 or more.

Just forget it.
