Hi everyone i'd really appreciate some help on this one. I am currently 5'8 and weigh between 173 and 177 my body fat percentage is about 8.5 and i was looking to start my first cycle of Test E and anavar.
I was thinking about 300mgs of Test E for 10 weeks and 50 mg var for 6 weeks
Id use nolva for post cycle 40mg week1 and down to 20 through week 4
Also i was wondering if there was anything i could take during my cycle to limit side effects such as gyno from the test e? and if there is anything else youd do to improve this please let me know thanks.
