Anavar stacking

I have taken a cycle of anavar before, I did a 6 week cycle. The first week was 5 mg, and the next 5 weeks was 10mg. I have very little gains and I was disappointed in the results. For my next cycle I would like to stack anavar with something that would increase my muscle gains. I am new to the forum and any comments would be very much appreciated. Thank you
 
What was your diet like over the course of the cycle? If you are not eating enough of the right things regardless of what you take your results will be minimal.

There is a chance the product you got was no good. Also even for a woman 5-10mg is not that much and keep in mind you need to space out oral steroids to keep steady levels regardless of how small the dose. Winny has a 8 hour half life at most. Take it once a day and you are only in a anabolic state for 8 hours out of a 24 hour day... Keep that in mind.

Absolutely. If the diet and training aren't adequate it doesn't matter what you take and in what dosage.

5 weeks is not a long cycle. A long, mild cycle is least likely to be one that causes virilizing sides, while still returning muscle gain. Try 16 weeks at 10mg, with correct diet and training, and I suspect the results will be better. Considering stacking is IMO premature.

Thanks for the replies:) Ok I had a trainer for those 9 months who trained me to push heavy weight with no more than 15 reps, except for warm up which was 20 to 30 reps, with the occasional to failure and negatives.

My diet M1-3 eggwhites with 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal
M2- shake 120cal about 20-24 grams protein
M3- 5oz lean white meat or 6oz cod or tilapia with 1/2 cup sweet potato or brown rice and up to 2 cups of veggies
M4- shake again
M5-5oz lean white meat/6oz fish with greens and up to 2 cups of veggies

I did gain some muscle, enough to compete in bikini and place, but far from the best. I am trying to impress the judges and show them I am taking there critiques seriously. Thanks again!

Just to clarify, this was what the trainer intended to be a bulking diet or is this the diet you're on now?

Even for a so called "clean bulk" or lean gains style bulk this diet just wouldn't supply enough energy (read: kcals) to fuel much of any skeletal muscle gain unless the trainee were exceptionally petite.
 
Well I am not sure what you want to call that diet, I told him my goals and thats what we did. I need more curves and have little time to improve, thats why I am turning to another cycle. I really want that rock hard back end as well.

As for not really needing it, I know it can be done with time and without var, or anything for that matter, however many of the contestants are on gear, and yes in bikini. There are too many figure girls moving down to my division.

And my last concern is getting lean again, I gained 4-5 pounds after my last show that I just cant get off! Strait to my ass!

For me, the biggest question would be how much time do you have?? You will gain weight on var if you use it right...so you have to keep that in mind, as well, in planning.
