anavar results lagging... please help!!

i am on day 13 of a chinese anavar/winny cycle. anavar at 80ed, winny at 50ed. i have gone from 162-171 within the first 2 weeks. i am very pleased with that, but that could also be from the creatine intake also. my dissapointment is that i am not getting as "ripped" as i would have thought by now. my abs have not come out any more than they were when i started. i am 6', and 165lbs with 7-8%. i have been taking in around 3300 cals/day. also around 360g of protein. workouts have been great so far, and pumps are up. any ideas on how to get me more ripped looking? or should i just wait it out a little longer because its still early in the cycle. sorry for the longer post, i just thought i would have gotten better results thus far. let me know what you guys think. thanks for the help!
 
Every AS can give different results depending on the individual. How does your diet look like, besides protein, how much carbs/fats are you putting in? and what types of carbs/fats? Are you doing cardio or not?
These can all determine how fast you see results, remember that anavar is a great AS but without everything else in a good balance, it will not work a miracle.

thanks for the quick replys guys.... my diet has been VERY clean!! oatmeal, potatoes, rice, whole wheat bread and veggies for carbs. flax oil for my fats. egg whites, chicken, steak, whey for protein. i have been doing cardio 3 times/week in the morning on an empty stomach. lifting mon/tues/thurs/fri. well, i guess i have to give it more time. i am very happy with the 8 pounds so far though :) anyone else have any thoughts? think its too early for good results still? thanks again
 
Doesn't matter how "clean" your diet is. If you're eating more than you're burning then you aren't going to lose weight/fat. And seeing that you gained that many pounds already I'd say it's a safe bet you're eating over maintenance. If that's true then you probably won't get ripped. If you want to lose fat then you need to be in a caloric deficit. Being that you are on AS you still might put on a few pounds of muscle during this stage, so long as your deficit isn't that great.

Just because you are eating clean and on AS does NOT mean you will get ripped. The same old rules of dieting basics still apply, they are just amplified a bit. To gain weight eat more than you burn, to lose weight(get cut) eat less. At 171 pounds I don't see 3300 calories as being a cutting diet. I weight 205 pounds and my maintenance is 3000. Surely yours can't be this high. I know you're not an ectomorph either or else you wouldn't be worrying about getting cut as you'd be there already.

So just remember that the goals you seek are dictated by your diet and training. If you want to get cut you must diet. Too many people think of certain drugs like Winny, Anavar, etc.. as magic diet drugs that will get you ripped. Well they may get you ripped, but you still must obey the laws of dieting.

thanks vageta, that makes alot of sence.. i guess i will have to cut back on the calories a bit... thats too bad cause i was liking eating all the time!! oh well, guess u gotta do what u gotta do. i'll keep u updated.
 
Ok... you gained 9lbs of lean muscle, didn't put on any extra fat (I assume) and have done this on only 2 weeks time. Bro, this isn't a magic potion (well close : )). In 2 weeks time that's great results, besides body fat at 7-8% is VERY good already. You will not see the quick ripped up look as fast as someone else at lets say 10-14% body fat. Great 2 weeks, and from what iv'e seen and heard, week 3&4 is when the ox REALLY kicks in.. Keep working hard, you'll get what you want..

damn bro!!! that just made me feel a hell of alot better!!! so u think the ripped look will come eventually? again, thanks for the encouragement!!
