Anavar questions

A girlfriend is going for it, starting Anavar today.

I've done my research and printed her a list of sides. I've told her time and time again that there is no miracle drug, or we'd all already be taking it and we'd all have our dream bodies.

However, she's going ahead with it. I think she can get to her goal naturally, but she is very impatient. Will the anavar really help her see results THAT much quicker?

Also, if I'm going to support her on this, I need a little help. Can you tell me how much she should be taking daily? She's a little shorter and a little bigger than me. Around 5'5" or 5'6", 160-ish pounds, 22% bodyfat. A size 8 or 10 I think. I want to compare what YOU ladies think to what she's actually doing. Thanks.
 
#1) She CAN get down lower than 22% (way lower) with just using a thermo.

2) Anavar is NOT a fat burner. It helps "harden" muscle. It use to be used for Aids patients to prevent their muscle from "wasting"; therefore, it preserves muscle. Yes, she may see some gains with it, depending on her training, but it WILL NOT reduce her fat %.

3) Most women (not in precomp) anly need 5mg 2x a day.

4) How does she know what she's got isn't fake?

5) 22% IMO is WAY too high to be using ANYTHING except a fat burner.

6) DIET, DIET, DIET....and train, train, train

Okie dokie... Here's the whole story. I've seen a significant change in MY body in the past three months. We've all seen it. I'm trying not to push too hard here, because I've made progress, she hasn't. She's wanting to 'compete' with me. She's getting catty, she's getting upset... Fine, but I freakin earned mine!! I'm at the point where I'm going to lose it and scream at her- MY BODY HAS CHANGED BECAUSE MY DIET HAS CHANGED. MY BODY HAS CHANGED BECAUSE I'M TRAINING HARDER. NO PAIN, NO GAIN, STUPID-HEAD! <-- or insert the nicest insult possible here.

Anyway, back to the original questions asked here. This isn't about me, it's about her <ooooppps>

22% bf is too high to be using ANYTHING except a fat burner? Why? She wants to drop bf and gain muscle... I know that nothing (fat burner, anavar, etc) will help if the rest of her life isn't on-point... But is there any other reasons?
 
Because there's no point in wasting money before it's time. She can do it WITHOUT being lazy about it and wanting to take the easy way out. If diet and training isn't there.....it won't help anyway.

Sorry....just to the point.....
 
I posted a thread about a similar situation a while back. The girl who was competing against me... who is also my ex workout partner... was taking clen without T3 and on top of it had a really crappy diet. I was worried about her but everyone told me to just keep it to my slef ... I also wanted to take some things wayyy back when I first got on EF. My bf seemed to think it was a good idea and IM SO GLAD that I just stuck to a clean diet and hard training. To make a long story short... i caught up to this girl...almost past her..I lost 35lbs!!!! she has not changed AT ALL in 13 weeks and is completely BITTER that I kicked BUTT! SHe wouldnt listen to me... I was trying to be a friend and help but thats all you can do. It up to her to make the right or wrong choice. My advice is to just keep doing what youre doing, dont worry about her, and TIME WILL SHOW who the smarter and better woman is. It did for me :)

Aries, I'm going to try to find your thread.

I will continue to worry about this chick for awhile, just my nature, but her attitude is gonna get old - fast.

Also fyi, my bf is a big fan of anavar as well - and even offered to get me some. <sigh> But 35lbs!!!! WOW - Proof that this ex-workout partner of your doesn't know what she's doing. 13 weeks is plenty of time to completely cut up & lean out!!

Thanks for the advice - I'll continue to do what I'm doing, won't worry (too much) about her, and just be the better person. Better looking too, just wait until May 28th when I leave on my cruise!!!
 
Its very simple - there are NO QUICKY FIXES. NONE. PERIOD. I guess she'll just have to learn that for herself. AAS and everything else are nothing but SUPPLEMENTS to a solid diet & training program.
