Anavar / Primobolan oral cycle recomendation

hi guys... my friend gave me a bottle of anavar 15mg ,60 tablets and primobolan 25mg, 60 tablets)... i know that this roids are using to cut, but im going to use to get more lean mass...It is a gift so im want to run this

I want you to help me with the doses of each one... This would be my first cycle...

im 22 years, 187lb(85kg) body fat 12-15% ...

ohh.. yes im going to uses too proviron, pct clomid, nolvadex and hcg... and my liver protector before and after the cycle.. i suppose to use the liver protector during the cycle both i dont know if everyday ? thanks bro i hope you can help me...
