Anavar giving me a moustache?

My boyfriend has been complaining that I have facial hair lately and it started after I used anavar. I was doing 10mg a day and I didn’t have issues during my cycle, but it started a couple weeks after I finished. Is this just a coincidence or is it from the anavar?
