Anavar & Creatine

Hi All

I have heard that Var and Creatine are a good combo but want to know whether this is the case for women too, if so how much creatine per day do you recommend?

I have just started a cycle of VAR @ 5mg per day and am thinking of supllementing creatine if it would be beneficial.

Thanks Ladies!

Welcome to EF.

Just a heads up, Creatine can make you retain water - it flushes water to your muscles for a pump. I personally don't think it is beneficial enough to take unless you are an endurance athlete. However, some do really well on it. We have several ladies on here who use it successfully. Hopefully they will post up for you.

It won't hurt to try it. You'll notice any weight gain the first week and you can adjust at that point.

Is this your first cycle with VAR?

Hi Lauren,

I have taken creatine and it did made me retain water. Some creatine, however are better then others, so you'll have to find out what works best for you.

it does seem to bloat women

but if you use the cleanest forms ( Creapure, RawMCC, ad CEE) one should be ok.

Also adjust dosage patterns and try to have it at night or just pre lift

OR take Every other day.

Women seem to ru into issues when they take it everyday or multiple times per day

I am one of those people who does not respond to creatine at all. I always wonder what everyone is talking about.

I was going to say this.

What do you guys think of Will Brink's research on the different types of creatine?
I find it to be thorough and very informative.

Hi all

Thanks for the replies,

I need a little more help please!

I started to use a creatine supplement for a few days earlier in the week (one specifically for women - Kre a Fem) and did feel that I retained much more water, however I have also just completed my first week on VAR at a 5mg per day dose and my stomach is really bloated. I thought this was the creatine but it doesn't seem to be going down and toady it has got worse throughout the day and I haven't had any creatine.

Is this a typical side for VAR or should I worry that I have been sold something else?

Thanks!

L
