Hey guys I'm about done with my anavar/creatine cycle so I thought I would go ahead and post what results I've gotten.
Started out with 30mg/day for 3weeks then 20mg for about 2-3 weeks.
Starting about week 3 I decided to add in the creatine which everyone praises so I though I would see if it made any difference.
Up until the time I added the creatine I didnt experience much, mainly just the fact that my muscles were harder and I had put on a few lbs.
I will say the anavar/creatine 'synergistic' affect is no joke. When I added the creatine, within a week I got much stronger (didnt notice much strength gain with anavar alone), and didnt fatigue as quickly. the pumps were great and the muscle being worked was very full and tight, however not to the point were it ever hurt. (like some experience off say test, dbol, ect)
My diet I've kept fairly strict and most of my meals are pretty low carb except for the meal before workout and the two after. I've leaned out some and vascularity is more pronounced especially in my arms.
I have about 1 week left but so far I've put on 12lbs, which I'm not surprised due to the fact that a few months ago I had lost about 30lbs over several months after a test/dbol cycle so I figured I had the 'muscle memory' to my advantage.
I definitely suggest this type of cycle, especially beginners or novices that dont have much experience. You will be happy with what you can achieve on this. I would suggest at least 30mg/day for at least 8 weeks.
