Anavar & Clen

Hi, I've been lurking for weeks.

I have been training on and off for 20 years but have been seriously training for about 12 months following the birth of my daughter.

I have run clen and ECA cycles in the past to lean up, after much research I have decided to take the plunge and buy some anavar.

I was thinking of running a 12 week cycle, with Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off - using hydroxycuts in my off weeks.

I'm seeing various dosage suggetsions for Anavar which has me a little confused - I was going to keep it low at 5 - 10...I've read conflicting posts about this - some say that is sufficient for a woman - others say that you can go to 40?

Also, I understand the cycle periods for ECA and Clen - but if Anavar is 8-12 weeks on - how long should I take between cycles?

Sorry for bombardment of ?'s - want to make absolutely sure I get this right.

I am 37 years old; 5'2" 124lb; BF 24%...my aim is to get to 15%BF but a step target of 20% then 18%

I train 4 times per week - 30-40 mins cardio; major muscle group training once per week - superset reps with combos.

Eating - 6 times per day; protein every meal - no complex carbs; only green fibrous veg / salad....aim to drink 4l of water per day.

Eating has not been clean past couple of weeks as am recovering from major flu virus; no training either :(

Plan to kick start everything on Monday - have an event in 4 weeks that I need to get lean and mean for ;).

Any help and advice greatly received.

40 mg is way too high a does person who told you that should be slapped into next week. 5-10 mg is a very good place to start at the most I have ever taken with no sides is 20mg a day. I did take 25 mg one cycle but that was because my var was over doesed that was the only time I have ever had sides from var which was mostly just a bad breakout on my shoulders.

If your going to take clen two weeks on two weeks off it would be ideal to take nothing in between to give your receptors a rest as clen and fatburns work the same receptors. You could however counter act that with taking benadryl nightly. I will be perfectly honest at 24% bodyfat you will be lucky to see any results from clen typically need to be sub 17% to really see it working. I would really suggest holding off on clen tell you get sub 20% on your own.

The amount of time between cycles should be equal to the cycle so if you do a 12 week cycle you take 12 weeks off.

Can you post exactly what your eating everday we can tweak your diet for you as well as really this is the key to getting lean.

Can you post what you eat and drink through the day, that way we can tweak your diet.

I would agree with QT. Who ever said 40mgs is crazy!
I am a big believer in using the least amount necessary to achieve the desired results. That said I would go with 5mgs. You should see results. If you don't have everyone comb over your diet and routine. All your results are tied to what you eat, when and how much.
The var will just help you get there a little quicker.
If you go two on two off, which I am a believer in, I would use green tea on the off weeks. Two cups a day. One in the morning and one after lunch.
*I actually get better results with green tea then I do with clen! Make sure you have taurine with your clen. If you don't know why ask!
Once you decide to implement your plan please keep us updated on your results etc.

Is there a place I can log my progress on here..it would help me to know that I have to fess up to you guys every week :)

There is one slight problem - or not? My doctor has given me tetrocycline to kill this infection in my sinuses.. am I OK to start the VAR and Clen with these or am I best to wait until I have finished the course?
 
Create your journal right here in the women's forum. It will be great because it will keep you motivated and it will also help others.

I am not sure if there is any kind of interaction but better to wait tell your back to 100% health.

i read abt ur cycle !!! is not bad but the best result that i got from clen and var is
3 days on 1 days of !! i have to tell u that i lost 155 lib in 8 mon!
take var everyday but clen 3days on one day offff!! and dont use hydroxycuts !! the best thing is ephedrine and caffeine pills or @ the market called black magic!
and run this cycle for 12 to 16 week ! then 2 mon off
workout and diet
i did 3 days cardioo (1hr)and 3 days weight training(2hr) and just eat clean
make sure drink water
