Hi guys, I've decided to stack Anavar/Clen/T3 as the best stack for my goals as a newbie to this - I've used Anavar before at 40mg ED for 4 weeks and had great results.
Now I want to cut - I'm quite low BF% but I got loose skin and fat around the lower abs and hips (used to be fat, lost weight too fast). I wan't to burn fat, but not lose too much muscle during cutting. I've done a lot of research on this and gone for Anavar/Clen/T3 on a 6 week cycle as so (capture attached):
Anavar - 40mg ED throughout
Clen - 2 weeks on/off - 20mg tapering up to 100mgED max
T3 - 4 weeks - 25mg tapering up (25mg E3D) to 100mg ED, taper down to 25mg starting dose(25mg E3D)
I will start with Clen and T3 together, cycling off Clen after week 2, week 2-4 on T3, week 4-6 on Clen again

Supplements for this stack:
Milk Thistle, Taurine (3-5g ED), Potassium Gluconate, Natural Test Booster (T-UP), Gluggestrones (after T3).
My stats:
5"7', 150lbs (very low bone density)
Training: 4 sessions/weeks (separate muscle groups), plus low intensity cardio 20 min 1-2 times ED (morning and/or post-workout)/
Diet: High protein (1g/lb of bodyweight a day), relatively low carb (slow carbs mostly).

Questions:
- Dosage advice: - can I get some feedback? Chosen to follow Clen on 2 week on/off method (1st time user), and a sensible tapering up/down of T3 to not kill my thyroid/1st time again.
- Best times/dosages? How should I take these during the day?
- PCT and/or extra supplements? I've read I'll need Taurine to avoid cramps, plus Gluggesterones post-T3 to help recever normal thyroid function...anything else?
