Anavar and test help

Hey guys taking my first cycle off anavar and test it’s been 4 weeks I am 33yrs old 5ft 9 and trying to lose weight and gain muscle on anavar and test taking 50mg anavar gained strength and lost some fat but can’t burn belly fat and yes I am in a calorie deficiet and eating 155grams off protein a day anyone know the best solution ?

What is your weight and estimated bodyfat? At first glance your not getting in enough protien.
You also need to understand that AAS do not burn fat. This will come down to diet, training and cardio, What do these look like for you?
The best solution would be to start a log and post some pics so we can see what is and what isn't working and help you get on the right track.
 
Hey mate and my weight is 77kg and body fat 22bmi and my diet is fairly strict and clean and cardio 15 mins a day walking on the treadmill that’s about it should I do more cardio and how much more protein should I be eating ?
 
I would be eating at least 170-200g protien.
Can you post a pic of your physique? It would be very helpful to see your current condition.
The only way to lose fat is to be in a deficit. Are you still currently dropping weight? Some people hold fat in different areas of the body. I tend to hold fat on my back. Sounds like you hold fat in your midsection.
You may want to increase your cardio sessions or do a fasted morning cardio and another later in the day. I find I get great results with splitting it up.
What does your weight training look like?

well anavar and testosterone should shred you up in theory but in reality its different
diet and training and sleep and supps are key with cardio as well

well, start a NEW thread with your LOG journal for this cycle, share diet training cardio sleep that you doing now and we can guide you into more results and better gains as an EF family

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

it boils down to be honest
even if you think you're eating in a caloric deficit a lot of times you're not
 
certain foods will affect how much weight you lose
it's not just about calories in and calories out
