I am about 5 feet 2 inches. I think I'm around 25 % Body fat. I am going to start a high protein, low carb diet but I'm not sure what to take to help me lose all the weight I want/
 
why do you have to take anything? get your diet dialed in and exercise down (or at least energy expenditure) and a bit of self control and you should take the weight off without causing heart kidney and liver damage


seriously, unless youre talking competition levels of bodyfat percentages the average person can just watch calories and make sure their workouts are on point and don't need the extra help
 
How long would you say it takes to lose that much! I thought it would be impossible to lose it without using something on the side like Clen..
 
I have until December to lose it. Do you think that's reasonable? I feel like I will reach a plateau after awhile so I need something else.
 
Clen won't help you unless you have your diet dialed in and it's a dangerous thing to be taking anyway. You can easily lose 20 lbs before December if you get a diet in place and an exercise regime and stay consistent. If you reach a plateau, then you adjust your cardio and calories.

No

Building muscle raises your basal metabolic rate which in turn improves your body's ability to burn fat.

A good program implementing both resistance training AND cardio would be optimal. BUT the number one thing that will dictate your results is your diet. If your diet is shit, as your results will be
