Actually, I have to admit it is mostly genetics. When I was going through high school I very rarely had a zit. Seabreeze is available in any drug store or supermarket. Same shelf as Clearsil and stuff. It has a very nice clean pepperminty smell to it.

Yes, a loofah is one of those rough scrubby things to remove dead skin cells and knock the heads off zits so the Seabreeze (or alcohol) can get in there and dry them out.
