this ISNT in my spinal errectors (i think) basically when i go down in the squat movement and back up i feel a pain in the area of bone where the human tail would be if we still had one (i.e literally that bit of bone on the tip of my buttcrack closest to the spine)...i believe its called the coccix or someting. anyhow it feels really bad when i gop down. i noticed before on my last rep of doing ATF squats 2 weks ago, and stopped. i noticed this again tyhis week as sson as i went heavy.
i can sqaut though the pain but dont want to incase i injure something. if i keep my back relatively straight and by head very high i hardly feel anything, but on my gym it has a chart saying proper squat technique and it says i should be rotationgh my chest towards my legs (i.e. leaning foward when i squat) its when i do this i feel the pain) any ideas on how i can work through this?
unfortunately these are smith squats as i cant find a partner, my gym has no squat rack and people are hardly there so if i was in trouble no one would find me. found nada in the archives about but opain relating top squatsany help would be much appreciated
