Am I getting enough Carbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am under the impression that the only reason we need carbs, is for energy. Is this correct?

I am currently 2 weeks into a bulking phase (w/ juice), and I am not sure if I am getting enough carbs. I am eating as clean as possible. I eat every 3 hours from 8am to 11pm.

Main foods are:
Chicken
Turkey
Steak
Protein Shakes
Cottage Cheese
Dextrose(post-workout)
Hardboiled Eggs
Bread (Low Carb) for sandwiches
Fresh Fruit (strawberries/blackberries/rasins) in CottageCheese


Here is the breakdown for the past week as far as Cals/Protein/Carbs....

My pre-cycle stats are 5'7" 160lbs w/ 9%BF

Am I getting enough carbs ?????????? I want my gains to be as lean as possible....Am I on the right track??? Thanx for the help...

Personally, I would cycle your carbs higher midweek, closer to 3-400.
 
NO !! not enough at all if you are bulking, the carbs and insulin all deliver your aminos to your muscles and where theyre needed, you should be over 300 easily every day IMO
