When ppl say AM cardio, does that mean doing cardio as soon as you wake up no matter how late you might wake up? or should you do it as early as possible?
not necesarily..
you can wait up to 30 minutes and its still just as effective. maybe even more effective as the body after 30 minutes is better ready to handle that abuse.
I would have to say do it as soon as you wake up!! Think about it, if you have been sleeping, chances are you have not eaten in at least 6 hours [assuming you dont wake up mid sleep just to eat ]. The longer you wait to do cardio on an empty stomach, the longer you wait to put food back into your body. So, the sooner you can do cardio, the faster you will get to end your nightly fast.
