When ppl say AM cardio, does that mean doing cardio as soon as you wake up no matter how late you might wake up? or should you do it as early as possible?
YES AM cardio is whenever your morning is.....ie...whenever you wake up. It's the best time to do it on an empty stomach.
Try this for a week if your dieting:
Wake up......go to gym
Do 30-45mins of cardio plus your workout of you wish
Go home have a protien shake
Have some rice and tuna a few hrs later
2 chicken breasts a few hrs after that
a shake before bed.
