Lololol we tied the game but in quarter finals you can't leave it at a tie, gotta shoot it out with penalties. We lost the penalties

They get 5 penalties each, Netherlands blocked 2 of hours so we lost

you get "penalized" for not scoring?? if they really wanted to penalize them? if they don't score during regulation, the teams should have to sit and watch me do tax returns for 90 minutes...i watched you for 90 minutes and you didn't score a SINGLE FUCKING POINT...seems fair to me

you know, one of my biggest complaints with soccer at it's highest level is that there is not enough scoring...the other day someone pointed out that there are lots of football games that end with a score of 10-3 (so there were only 3 "scores" and 2 of them were lame-ass field goals)...apparently i'm a complete fucking hypocrite?
