After reading several people's versions on how they vomited after squats, I always wondered why.. I never got more than a little shaky after squatting.

today I was full of energy (was let off work early!) and hit the squats like a man possessed.

After doing my 5x5 with a new PR, I walked a few feet, then felt the sudden urge to expel my lunch. I sat down hard and brought it under control.. (It's not a hardcore gym, and I think projectile vomit would offend the Ambercrombie and fitch wearing patrons)

I now know what you are all talkin 'bout....:sick:
 
If you dont puke after a workout, then you didnt lift hard enough. I have gone running for the locker room many times. Puking isnt so bad for you, but really sucks for the guy spotting you afterward.

I would insert the words "feel like" puking there

I get the feeling alot but fight it back I mean I paid for the food dont want to throw it out
 
It was squat day for me as well, I was warming up with 225 for 10 reps, I did them super quick, after I was done, I felt soo dizzy and had to hold on to the rack with both arms, I almost fell and blacked out, I guess it was a good pump :)

no pukie though

I have come close to puking after squats more times than I can count, hell, last night on the way home I even pulled the car over as I was sure it was all coming back up. But there is no way in hell I'm not lifting hard enough because my lunch didnt actually come up and take a bow....
