Delt and tri day, plus some cardio
Military barbell (seated) 105x10 145x8 150x10* I should have done 2x8 with 145 but I felt real strong and manage to get 10 strict reps out with 150. Follewed up with 2x8 with 115 behind the neck.
lateral raises 30lbs x 10, 10,10 nice burn, seated as well, I will raise the weight nect week,
reverse flyes 25lbs x 10,10,6 need more work but felt real good to do
Closegrip 145 x10, nice and light good pause no wobbling at all, 200x8,8 no lag at all or elbow flairing, felt grest at top as well. did a speed set with 205+20lbs of chains, this was real tough to get a strong lockout. felt like i was trying to lift a car at the end
skullcrusher 27.5 x8,8,8 nice and slow, real deep burn and pump. Finally getting the hang of this one. I did a light set to warmup with and had no elbow probs
60mx6 sprinting though I was gonna die on the 5th and 6th one, speed was good but started to get the "white vision" and then the blacking out feeling. Puked up some water and layed in the middle of the road for a minute or two (thank god small unused road). But all in all felt good to get that part done without skipping out
