if you have a specific question please ask it but thats so vague and as an example, someone like me thats ran countless sarms cycles would have to write a dissertation on experiences.. i have so many articles and videos on this.. theres countless logs on the forums etc.. . ive spoken glowingly about sarms for over a decade now and the info is literally at your fingertips everywhere
