I am not going to ignite the old partying vs. training debate.
I just have a question about when to train.
If you lift hard 4 days a week would it be better to train on weekdays when I do not drink but only sleep 6-7 hours a night or weeknends when I booze Fri,Sat night but sleep 9-10 hours. Would it make a difference if you were on AS or off?
