ala with every meal and snacks?

im just wondering, ive been doing ths as long as ive been on my cycle, taking 200mg ala, not r-ala with every meal, and usually 100mg with every snack unless i have like a candy bar or somthing which i do occasionally. is it a bad idea to keep this up every day? every day i take in at least 600mg ala.
 
btw im bulking right now with 50mg dbola day 500mg eq and test eth each week, running .5mg liquidex and 20mg nolva, up 10lbs and still have great abs so im thinking the ala is helping a little?
 
I dont think theres anything wrong with taking ala with every meal as long as it has carbs in it - if there arent carbs you dont need the ala...you should be taking 100mg of ala per every 10grams of carbs - works great for getting the nutrients into your muscles
