Started 500 mils of test e about 2 weeks ago, would I need an AI for this and if so What? And how much? Also running anavar 40- 50 mil ed.

yes absolutely you need an AI or you will get massive estrogenic issues

use aromasin at 10mg E3D and adjust from there

we are not psychic on how estrogen sensitive you may or may not be... thats why you do pre, mid and post cycle bloodwork to see how your body is responding... general starting ai doses are 12.5 mg eod on aromasin and .5 mg eod on arimidex but YOU have to find out YOUR body response because everyone responds different

I would always have one on hand just in case. Most people start needing one above 250-300mg/week of test. I don't really need one till 500+ but that's my body and everyone is different. I like my estrogen to be slightly on the high end as this protects my lipid profile, especially when running orals like winny or strong androgens like tren that can wreck it. 10 or 12.5 eod of aromasin is a good starting place, but get tested half-way through to know for sure what your levels are and go from there.

Yes you need an AI. Get one ASAP. Running testosterone without an AI is asking for estrogen related side effects

You should already be on an AI to be honest. Test aromatizes extremely heavily. Running anavar will not make a difference since it is a DHT. It does not aromatize.
