Hey everyone,

I started lifting yesterday loading on some home made Cell-Tech (Creatine, dextrose, and ALA). Yesterday I did triceps and chest. My workout was about 1 hour 15minutes. I did the heaviest I can. With chest..I just benched as many reps as I can and took a 2-3minutes pause and did triceps with as many reps as I can. For triceps I did One-Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extensions. I did feel burning yesterday but this morning I was almost dead. My arms were SO sore I couldnt even raise them. My chest is pretty sore too. I switched back and forth until I was ready to go.

Today I did my shoulders, back and biceps. I started with back and did as many One-Arm Dumbbell Rows as possible. Moved to biceps where I did as many reps of Barbell Curls as I could...then did Dumbbell Presses for shoulders. I repeated the cycle for about an hour.

My question is...Ive been getting tired quick. I know its only day too and Im not expect too much from myself but is about 1hour decent? I mean, I do feel super sore from yesterday. Advice? Help? Thanks.

:newbie:

my advice is you do a search on here & find a better routine... also bag the celltech stuff-- if your new to lifting- you dont need it yet... your gonna see alot of gains very quickly w/o it.

good luck :)

if you have just started lifting, don't even bother wasting your money on supplements for at least a good 6 months to a year...just eat good.

with regards to lifting, forget heavy weights, forget isolation movements....learn how to squat, deadlift, bench, etc....the core movements.

work on your form. perfect your form.

get into a training rhythm, then start to add the weight.
