Geetings all.
My Dad is 72,hits the weights regularly,and does his aerobics.
Shit,he's in better shape than most dudes that are half his age. Thing is,his mobility/balance is starting to really deteriorate. I'm trying to come up with some sort of program that he can incorporate into his regime. He also seems to be rapidly tiring of my,"you move like pregnant yak on qualudes,ancient one",remarks.
Anyone got any suggestions?
