At 20 years old is it too young for HGH to do be even worth its high price tag.
My stats are
6'3
195
6 percent bf

YES! You are too young. If I were you I wouldn't think about touching GH until you were in your 40's. :)

Right now your body should be producing a good amount of GH. Focus on nutrition, rest, hydration, and your training.

Let mother nature take care of the rest for now.

Alright, what about taking IGF-1

WHY? Like I said focus on getting plenty of rest, hydration, good nutrition, and training.

You stats suggest a very low BF and a decent amount of mass for your height. Are you a professional athlete or professional bodybuilder?

At 20 years of age you truly are too young to want or need to take anything. Be patient, reach muscle maturity first, train hard naturally, and then maybe revisit the issue, but only then.

That's my advice.

Well im not looking to make a career of bodybuilding, but as an athlete i suffered an injury that signicantly lowered the mass on muscle on legs and have trained for 2 years and have not gotten it back, i may weigh around 200lbs, but at my height i should be 220 with adequete bulk in my thighs...Even with diet and hard work havent seen much improvment

I think you might want to change your routine. Sounds more like you've hit a plateau versus the need for AAS!

What is your leg workout like?

Mondays

2x12 Leg Abbduct,and Adducters
2x8 Latterall squat
5 x10 Deep Squat
2x8 Hamstring curl

Thursday

2x12 Leg Abbduct,and Adducters
4x6 Front Squat
2x5 Single leg squat
4x8 Russian Lunges
3 sets of 20 yd walking lunges

Your natural HGH levels should still be very high at your age. Wait for a few yrs.

well, i'd say wait, but i did it my first time at 22.....didn't notice a lot from it as i only went 3 months

i guess it all depends on your goals.....if you are desiring to be a national competitor and make bodybuilding yoru life, i say go for it, if you are not going to compete at a high level i say wait.

i started on it again after my surgeries from my bike wreck for a few months, then back off, then back on again last december and am running it all year.....loving it right now, im 27

I agree, If you have had an injury too it might not hurt. I started my AS use when I was 19 and Im ok at 24. Would I reccommed it? No...

Good post

I think I first ran it at age 21 or so, I didn't see much, if any, benefits, but I only ran it 2iu's/day for 3 months and had no injuries. Maybe it helped me stay leaner during my bulker, maybe not, that's about it. IF you use it at your age, it might be good to help with post-injury problems, but I'd still run it at a much higher dosage. People in their mid-twenties like myself need more like 6-8iu/day to see good results, 40yr olds are the lucky bastards that can get away with 2-3iu/day at most :) I would try changing your training program first though... just once a week, hard, is usually more than enough for legs, and changing your program is free, GH will flatten your wallet considerably!
