You use a syringe to measure the product, correct? If you did 30 doses and had an extra line on the syringe you took in, that would be 3 MLs that you would not have. If you used the dropper, you simple just over-measured.

Hey, why have me tell you? contact them, tell them you're not happy, I haven't seen them treat a customer bad yet. Tell them you're from EF.
