Afternoon cardio still good for fat loss?

I get up pretty early to go to work and I was wondering if I will still be able to lose bodyfat doing cardion in the afternoon when I get off work.

Run sprints man-fuck long boring sessions on the treadmill. Try running varying sets of sprints for at least 20 minutes for about 3 days a week and you will be amazed at the results. I've got abs now and my diet looks like shit-I'm not saying fuck off your diet but for me sprinting has caused more fat loss by itself than low impact cardio for longer sessions + a strict diet.

Anyways, i dont feel its neccesary to destroy your knees sprinting like an animal to loose weight or b/f you can get just as good but probably better results by walking high intensity. Last night i was bored from always bein on the treadmill so me and the woman went for a brisk walk. Well we walked for over an hour around my neighborhood, up hills down hills through trails. I was sweating like a dog and didnt take any thermo's. Today my legs are feeling it mure than when i am on the tread. Plus theres a lotta ass walking outside during the summer :p

Afternoon cardio is still good for fat loss, but first thing in the morning is much better. Do it before you eat anything as your body will begin to burn fat due to the low insulin levels.

I also work early (from 7:30am to 6:00 pm.) It would be easier for me to do my cardio in the afternoons too, but I sacrifice and get up 40 minutes earlier in the mornings to do my cardio. I can actually see the better results much faster since doing this.

So in colclusion: Yes you'll burn fat doing cardio in the afternoon.
You'll burn more/faster doing cardio in the mornings.
