I need some opinions and different diets that i can research on for after i reach my goal weight. Here's where i am, and where i want to be.
I'm medium frame, 5'11" 220lbs right now. I want to land around 180 or so. After i reach my goal weight, i want to gain a little muscle. I'm going into Law Enforcement so my man goals are Speed, Endurance, Flexability and Dexterity. I do not want to be a huge body builder. What i do want is definition in my muscles, and of course strength. However, i don't want muscles that are so large that i sacrifice my ability to move .
What kind of diets would help me reach a goal similiar to this, and what kind of exercises are good to do with free weights. I have a gym membership that is good when i'm home from school (family membership) but in college all i have are free weights. Another membership is out of the question, way to much money.
Don't ask me to explain it, but i'm not a fan of taking pills and drinking a lot of protein shakes. I want to be able to eat foods that i can enjoy and benefit from, and then work out and get results.
Input??
