Afraid of having a rebound.. Help?

So I've been on 2.5mg Letro for a few months trying to ditch some gyno.
I had the meds prescribed by my endo and usually only paid 40$ a month for my prescription.. I'm not in town this weekend and had to go to a different CVS Pharmacy to get it refilled..
Out of nowhere, they now want to charge me 436$ for my next 30 tabs! That's nowhere NEAR what I'd pay so I couldn't pick it up.

I am afraid of having a rebound and my leftover gyno getting worse that before since I couldn't taper off.
I read that the half life of Letro is 2-4 days, and I have a weeks worth of nolva sitting around somewhere.
Should I wait 3 days and just starting taking the nova till I'm out?

If you couldn't use an ugl right now, what would you do?

You got a doc to prescribe Letro for gyno??? Is this common practice, or do you just have a knowledgable doc?

Also, did he prescribe Dostinex or anything for libido?

Know your shit and have an educated conversation on what it does and by what mechanism it works.. Unless your endo is an ***.
But yeah, I got him to prescribed me 150 2.5mg tabs.

If your doctor is prescribing you letro why would you touch anything else but letro? Do not touch any OTC AI that will not be nearly as effective for the purpose you were prescribed letro for.
You have a couple options:
1. Raise hell in your farmacy. Femara is in generic form now, start digging into the issue of billing.
2. Buy some of the liquid stuff.
3. There's a certain Indian farmacy that has letro for cheap.
