I teach all types of classes : body pump, step, kickboxing. I LOVE it. Ever since I have had my certs (about 5 years now) ...I have remained teaching up to 10 classes a week. Body pump is great for strength training...it's tough but it's worth it.
I love teaching people how to bust their buns.
I never used to be the type of person to be involved with group exercise. I always just used to go to the gym, do my routine and then leave (with as little socializing as possible..only a distraction for me).
Now I love group exercise. I still take time to workout (lift) heavy on my own, but I love being an inspiration to so many people who want results from exercise and good health. It's a gift that I cannot stop giving !! (and I reap the benefits of fitness as well !)
