advice on Ultimate Cutting Stack

I have been cutting for bout 2 months now and plan on cutting until end of august. anybody have some ideas on the ultimate stack for cutting? right now I am just taking in 2 protein shakes a day with water and CLA.

appreciate any ideas.

first off, let me say that if your diet isnt right on the money save your ideas for a future time.

but if you're up for it, heres what i do:

t3 pyramid from 25mcg up to 75mcg and taper down. total is 4-6 weeks.

alternate clen and t3 2 weeks for each.

bromo 2.5mg a day.

fina/winny/test would also work in this case.

definately gear free, and my daily diet looks like:

egg whites

2 cans of tuna w/ half teaspoon of light miracle whip

turkey on whole wheat with lettuce

chix breasts

2 VP2 protein shakes

shitload of water

some peanuts and walnuts to snack on
 
I haven't been able to touch a weight for bout a month b/c of a rotator cuff strain that I'm rehabbin, so I have been hittin the cardio extra hard.

doing HIIT for bout 10 minutes followed by at least 15 minutes steady cardio on a bike or seated machine.

I have lost almost 20 pounds in about 1 1/2 months mostly from the change in eating habits. just looking for that extra push to help me shed off those last more difficult pounds before I start bulking in the fall.
 
ECY (ephedrine hcl, caffeine, yohimbine hcl), if you can handle the jitters during the first week or so. Or NYC (norephedrine, yohimbine, caffeine) for a less jittery stack. I make my own ECY stack with 25 mg ephedrine hcl, 200 mg caffeine and 15 mg yohimbine hcl. I take the ECY stack once in the morning before eating and EC 1-2x later in the day, but no later than 3:00 pm if I want to sleep.

i like this, although i dont bother with t-3 anymore, i would add r-ala right in there
