Advice on test e and anadrol stack

muskateer

New member
Hey guys im new here and to anabolics besides Dbol . some quick info, im 23 160lbs 5'10". been hitting the gym for close to 2 years now with little gains. a buddy of mine has offered me Test E and Anadrol Stack. im curious to your opinions and also info on cycling and pct . THANKS A LOT!!

you are way too undersized to be running any sort of cycle... you need to build a base first... go to the diet and bodybuilding section and get these in order before you even consider any sort of cycle...

well like i said ive been working out for nearly 2 years and even though 160 is small, id have to say that im mostly all muscle (Bigger than your picture. no offense). so id like to say that i have a pretty solid base. one of the main reasons ive stayed so light is because whenever i try to gain mass i lose my abs and end up just cutting back down to 160 to get them back

Really because I weigh 195 so that's a thirty five pound fucking difference... you have no base... 2 years?? That's nothing man... I would like to think my ten years of study... my masters degree... my certification in personal training and dietician has given me a little more knowledge than you... you have no base and you have no reason at all to be running a cycle... do what you want but everyone is going to tell you the exact same thing... bigger than my picture?? Lmao...

I'd listen to Dylan mate he's one of the most experienced and knowledgeable guys on here. You came here for advise and you will get the best and safest advise.

Dylan has a lot of knowledge and he is a cool an honest person, but sometimes he forgets that you can give a person a good advice and they will not listen because they have other persons on their backs trying to sell them steroids for profits. Its part of the game.....if they dont listen, just keep on walking. My opinion.

Your exactly right... I just get so frustrated because I give so much of my free time to help as many people as I can and then when people don't get the answer they want then they all of a sudden know everything... its just fucking frustrating...

Like its already been said your too small and not ready for steroids. You could easily gain about 30+ lbs in the first 2 years of natural training. Your diet and training are the problem. I bet you devote more time to arms than legs. Compound movements and food build big strong muscles. Thats the secret.

For someone as new to AAS as you I think ANADROL is a bad choice. Too strong,,,only for the advanced IMO.

This depends on whether he's an Ectomorph or Mesomorph.
actual pix of him will be more definitive on where he stands.

It doesnt matter how many pics he takes, 160lbs at 5"10 is small. He could easily be 190+ naturally. Steroids wont make up for his lack of training and eating.

Oh, so everyone is the same?
I'm not going to debate genes with you. Saying everyone can get to a specific size naturally just from their height and weight is obsurd.

i don't care what he is... 160 at 5'10" is undersized... some people have more trouble gaining weight than others, yes, but he's undersized...

No everyone isnt the same. But 5"10 and 160 is not even close to his natural limits. Hell I believe he could easily get over 200 lbs within 5 more years without juice. Your telling me that a beginner level lifter with a solid diet and training program cant gain 8 lbs a year? An average beginner can easily gain 15lbs a year with hard work. Everyone looks for the easy way out and thats the problem. And this is also why you see 170 lb guys running cycles that would rival a pro bb and still look small. They need to take the time and put in the work. Once you have acheived a solid base naturally, then steroids can help you push beyond those limits.

Just look at me, I am 5'5" and weighting 170 pounds and I am 48 years old. Everyday I look at my self and find myself small. A guy 5'10" with that weight is to small......
Dylan, I dont post alot but I read your articles all the time. Dont get frustrated... Your the man! You have the knowledge that most guys dont have.

So the natural limit for 5'10 is 200lbs?

Who is 200lbs at a similar height and all natural in this thread????

Look.... the kid is young, and aas should not be his first option. Or second or even third.
The point is, there are many more factors than height and weight.

Dylan, I WILL NOT argue with ya bro, just giving my knowledge.

I agree is undersized but depending on actual frame can vary greatly on being undersized at a weight. And if has only been lifting a short period of time still can make good gains!

Im shorter than him and I got to 205 naturally. It took 5 years of hard work and I did it with 2 deployments to Iraq. If you know anyone who has been deployed ask them about how hard it is to eat and train in between missions. My genetics are probably better than his but theres no reason he cant gain 30lbs in the next 3-5 years naturally. He said he hasnt even been training 2 years yet. He doesnt need juice, he needs food and hard work. His stats tell me hes not putting forth enough effort in eating and his training sucks. I see skinny guys all the time doing curls and they wonder why the dont grow. If your not successful without steroids, you wont be with them.

Oh really? Teach me about deployments. I call total Bullshit!
Because I know for a fact that serious/semiserious bodybuilders that deploy can gain 10-15 lbs naturally while deployed. Yea, I know people
12 on 12 off (typically) And 2000 calorie MREs on shift and or a mess hall stacked with food and no limit on what you can eat.
So you admit to better genes, but expect same results as you? Um k....

How are you gonna tell me what a fucking deployment is like. Ive been there and done it. Maybe those semi serious bb that you know spent there deployments sitting on a fob soaking up the good life, but us combat soldiers were out there for 20+ hours at a time walking in a 120 degree heat. You cant stop to have a protein shake when the enemy is shooting at you. We could go back and forth, over and over but Im done with it. My final point is everyone can gain mass naturally they just have to put in the work. Stop making fucking excuses and make it happen.

Oh you must be the only one on this site that has ever deployed?

I agree. Everyone can gain mass naturally.

Not here to take sides, but you have to take into account their are many different jobs out there and a very small amount of them involve 3 month air assault missions looking for a pow and going black on food for sometimes over 30 hours (black being supplies depleted) I'm sure there are many soldiers who are able to sit on the fob, get their regular food intake, with regular workouts, and regular rest. I knew many actually. But for soldiers like my company and I, we were not so fortunate. 4-5 hours of sleep and a hot meal was luxury
