Advice on my first cycle.

After recently finding out my ideal physique is essentially impossible to attain naturally, I have finally made the decision to hand in my natty card. It makes me sick how these so called "Natural" athletes within the fitness industry lie and give people a false sense of hope.

Despite below average genetics, I have worked extremely hard in my lifting career never missing a workout, tracking every calorie, and eating clean 90% of the time. I am tired of only gaining 5 pounds of muscle a year and looking practically identical year after year despite giving this sport everything, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Age: 25
Height/weight: 5"8 165 lbs
Bodyfat: 10%
5 years of serious lifting (before that, 4 years of on/off casual lifting)

I have been trying to research my first cycle; I figured I would come here to see if some of you experienced folk could give me some advice. I am seeing a lot of advice promoting "test only" as a first cycle. I also have a friend who is telling me to run one oral like "Tbol" for the first 4 weeks while waiting for the test to kick in.

My Questions are: (forgive me if they are stupid, I am new to the steriod game)

When running test (and perhaps tbol/anavar) Is there a risk of sterality and/or permanant limp dick.. Does PCT solve these issues every time?

What would be your reccomendations as a first cycle and for PCT afterwards?

There are always risks involved but if you are running the proper supports and ancillaries then you will be fine bro... As long as you do things properly you will have a very successful cycle and recover properly... I will lay this all out for you bro and where to get all your products as well... You are fine to run an oral on your first cycle as well... Deciding between anavar and tbol will depend on your goals but from the sounds of it, you probably want tbol... Here is the cycle...

You can't compete with Pro's if you are not using steroids but there are competitions for natural BBers

If you are "Tired" of only gaining 5 pounds a year then you have not given everything to this sport, I have been on this 6 years, I'm 6'2'', 220 pounds, 8% BF, my last bulk lasted 9 months, I cutted 20 weeks to my starting bodyfat which end up giving me 7 pounds of fat free muscle, how in the earth can I gain more muscle than you if I am almost on my genetic limit? If you with your numbers are getting 5 pounds a year then you are doing something wrong and steroids won't fix that, Steroids doesn't work if you are not doing what you have to do, if you can't gain more than 5 pounds a year then steroids won't give you more than a few pounds on a cycle, guys expert at eating and training can put on some net gains of 10 pounds of fat free muscle on a 3 month cycle but they know how to gain muscle, if I were on your shoes I could easily put on 15 pounds in 1 year, steroid free, money free, risk free because you are not even close to your genetic limit.

Don't do steroids and save the money for food, you health can thank me later

You still have room to grow naturally my friend. What is your diet like currently casue 5,8 165lbs isn't that much

You're 25 and 165lbs... You can grown naturally without using steroids. Trust me, there are many natural supplements you can take and make great gains.
 
Tell you what -- pick up some UNLEASHED, BRIDGE and GEAR and use it every day along with an added 1000 extra calories a day every day for 6 months while training hard 5 days a week.

Then if you can tell me you're still not big enough you've earned the right to do a cycle and I'll help personally you design one.
 
Bro I have yet to run anything but 1 ph cycle and I'm 40.

Compound lifts and eat big. Bench deads, squats.

Barbell curls, close grips, overhead presses and some forearm work. Heavy weighted dips and weighted pullups.
