Hey i'm new to the site but not new to the game. I wanted some advice on what im curently using and if the levels should be backed off or added on to. I am 28, 195, and about 26%bf. Not as lean as i'd like to be but getting there. Im currently running 1000mgs of test once a week with .5mg of arimidex every day. Ive been noticing that im starting to have some gyno issues. Maybe its just in my head because my body fat is so high. SO here are my questions.
Do you think 1000mgs is too much, ok, or can go higher?
If i added nolvadex in addition to the arimidex, would it help the gyno? and is it necessary?
with this type of set up, about how many calories should i be eating? im right around 2100 and i do about an hour and a half of walking carido 5-6 days a week with weights about 6.
How long can i run just test e for? ive heard a few months, ive heard indefinitly. just trying to figure out whats best.
I dont have anything else added in right now because i cant afford it, but i was thinking about adding in gh or tren or both
